- Papers are 15 minutes long with 5 minutes each set aside for questions at the end of the session.
- Sessions with discussants may have a slightly different format, please check with the session convenor
- Papers in the Place stories: archaeology – emotion – entanglement session are only 6 minutes long, with a single PowerPoint slide and no questions
- PowerPoint presentations for morning sessions need to be brought to the relevant conference room on a USB thumb drive by 8 am for the morning sessions and during lunch for the afternoon sessions
- They will be loaded by the conference volunteers
Posters
- Posters should ideally be A0 size
- Please bring them to the registration desk from 7.30 am on Wednesday
- You will be given velcro to attach your poster to the assigned numbered place
- It is your responisbility to remove your own poster at the end of the poster session
