Our ‘Publishing in academic journals: tips to help you succeed’ talk will guide you through the process of getting a paper published – from choosing a journal, to what to think about when writing to improve your chances of publication, and then on to how to navigate the peer review process. We’ll cover article metrics, how to respond to reviewers’ comments plus more, giving you a thorough understanding of the steps involved, the key information sources you should be aware of, and what you can (and should) be doing to help get your paper published.
