Due to on-going uncertainty and disruption caused by Covid-19, NZAA Council, in consultation with the conference organisers and the Kaupapa Māori Advisory Group, have resolved to postpone Conference 2022.
Conference will now be held in Dunedin during the period 21st – 24th November 2022. Venue and programme details will be confirmed by September.
The Kaupapa Māori Advisory Group anticipate a hui for Kaihura Māori Archaeology will be held in conjunction with the conference with specific dates and arrangements to be confirmed by September as well.
To meet legal reporting requirements, the NZAA AGM will be held on Saturday 16th July 2022 in Wellington. Venue and time will be formally notified by the NZAA Secretary, but in the meantime please hold the date.
