Location: 7 Wynyard Street, University of Auckland.

 Time/Date: 12 – 4 pm, Friday 4 May

 Event Information:

As part of New Zealand Archaeology Week, Auckland Archaeological Society is hosting a BBQ and Trowel throwing competition.

Come and relax at the end of the week, with cheap eats and archaeology themed activities! ArchSoc will be barbecuing pre-cooked meat sausages and vegetarian/vegan sausages ($2 each) and canned drinks ($1 each). Sausages served with your choice of bread, non-dairy spread, onions, and mustard or tomato sauce. Try your luck at the trowel throwing competition! All welcome!

We will be located in the grassed area behind HSB-North and the Music School at 7 Wynyard Street – where the University of Auckland History Department used to be.

Please RSVP to our Facebook Event so we know how many sausages to buy.
